Cooking Methods: (For the Meatballs) Brush little oil to a preheated pan, add the meatballs and cook for few minutes on each side. Cover and cook on low heat for few minutes. You can also cook in a preheated oven with no oil covered in foil.
(For the Pasta): Heat your sauce then add the pre-cooked pasta.
(For the veggies) Brush little oil to a preheated pan or grill, add the content of the bag, cover and leave on low heat for few minutes.
How To Store: (Meatballs, Pasta sauce) Freezer up to a month.
(Pasta, Veggies Mix): Fridge up to 3 days.
