(For the veggies) Brush little oil to a preheated pan or grill, add the content of the bag, cover and leave on low heat for about 7-10 min.
(The Quinoa Rice) Ready to eat just sprinkle little water to it if needed before heating.
How To Store: (Chicken Fillet) Freezer up to a month.
(Mushroom Sauce) Freezer up to a week.
(Quinoa Rice, Veggies Mix) Fridge up to 3 days.
