Homemade granola

One of the best recipes on breakfast, amazing with yogurt, kids love it, perfect for lunch box🤗

1cup whole oats
1/4 cup raw nut(crushed or grounded)
1tbsp honey
1tsp cinnamon powder
1tsp peanut butter(or regular butter, coconut oil as u prefer)
1/4cup dried fruits(add in the last 5 min or soak a little in hot water, then drain)

1.Mix the ingredients, spread on a tray over a parchment paper, put in a hot oven 160 degree for 25 min, or in a pot, and keep stirring.
2.let cool down, if you feel it is not crunchy enough, put again in the oven.

You can press it very well, and cut it as granola bars.

For more nutrition value you can add:
1tsp chia seeds
1tsp wheat bran
1tsp oat bran
1tsp grounded flax seeds
1/4tsp garden cress seeds
1/4tsp moringa powder

Serve with yogurt,and honey, or milk, and honey
