Healthy Pan Cakes

You can serve it with honey&fruits, or with labneh or anything you prefer😍

1/2 cup milk
1 egg+1/4 tsp vinegar
Dash of salt+1tsp cumin, garlic powder, or any flavor you prefer(1tsp of cinnamon for the sweet pancake)
1/2tsp ground flax seeds
1tsp olive oil(or peanut butter for the sweet pancake)
1/2 cup oat flour+1tsp baking powder

1.Mix the wet ingredients, then the dry ones.
2.put in a bottle like the photo if you want the same pan cake size.
3.Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat, pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, brown on both side, and voila
